5 reason why to do your senior photos early

Each year, I always try to make a point to all of my up and coming seniors to start there photos early. why do you want to do your senior photos before school starts, well I'm going to give you 5 reasons why. These are simple yet hold true every year. 

1. Most seniors play one if not several sports, and are busy throughout

the week and even weekends. By doing your photos before your sport starts helps you avoid have one less thing to do and having to rush around at the last minute.

2. School is always packed with events, homework and weekend obligations. If you start your photos over summer you will have a great tan and can really enjoy having a special day all about you.

3. Waiting until the last minute is always hard on you has the senior and the photographer. It takes time to make your photos look amazing. Photographers like to be prepared. By not rushing and planning out your photo sessions you can  go to those places that may not be so accessible to you during the school year. Also the later you are the more likely the cost of rush order shipping plays into your Senior Year photo budget.

4.  I love taking photos outdoors, from Balboa Park, Disneyland, to my favorite spot up in Ramona. These beautiful San Diego favorites are all outdoors. When you decide to go take photos late you also understand that daylight savings plays a big part in the time we are able to shoot outside. Know it's not terrible to start a little late in the year. You just have to remember that you want to give your self time to get those Senior photos before the stress of school and obligations keep you wondering when you will have time.

5. Last point and I think one of the best. Cost yes the Cost. I love when people plan ahead. I want to get you the best Senior photos and would love to save you some cash. I love taking photography of family's.  It's so nice to see a family come together and enjoy the day with each 

other.  These are the moment that you want to remember.  This is when you make sure that everyone is looking there best.  

Three things that will make for a better family photograph,

1. Try to color coordinate. It give the photograph a cohesiveness. 

2. Pick a location family is comfortable with.  Not ever family photo needs to be taken at the beach.

3. Have fun, It shows in your picture. Your smile on the inside shows in your smile on the outside.
